A1C Champion Diabetes Education Program

The A1C Champion program features information for diabetics from diabetics who've achieved their blood sugar control goals. Diabetic nurse educators from Providence Medical Center will also be on hand to discuss diabetes care tips and blood sugar control advice. Participants will receive a complimentary book with hints and resources to help control diabetes. The rogram is free and open to the public. It is sponsored by Sanofi-Aventis Pharmaceuticals, Humana and the Providence Medical Center's Diabetes Center. To reserve a seat call (913) 217-3420.
