Brew, Blues and Bar-B-Q Cook-off

The city of Lansing will have its fourth annual Brew, Blues and Bar-B-Q Cook-off May 5 & 6 at Towne Center. The cook-off includes categories for pork ribs, pork shoulder or butt, beef brisket and chicken. Cash prizes will be awarded for grand champion, reserve grand champion and first through fifth place in each category; ribbons will be awarded for sixth through tenth place in each category. The event is sanctioned by KCBS and State Championship Barbeque.
