Dr. Natalie Riegg, a University of Saint Mary political science professor, and her co-authors wll discuss their book, “Feminist Conversations: Women, Trauma, and Empowerment in Post-Transitional Societies,” at 7 p.m. Thursday, March 26, in the Walnut Room, second floor of Mead Hall on the main campus, 4100 S. Fourth Street, Leavenworth, Kan. The event, sponsored by USM’s Lawrence D. Starr Global Studies Institute, is free and open to the public and will be followed by an 8 p.m. dessert reception.
