A professor at Kansas City Kansas Community College is sponsoring two political forums from 7-9 p.m. Monday and Wednesday, Oct. 20 at the Riverfront Community Center, 123 Esplanade St. in Leavenworth. Monday’s event will be a debate between the candidates for county commissioners, as well as views about judges being voted in or appointed. On Oct. 20, representative candidates for state office will debate.
