Services for Richard Moser, 63, Salina, were May 30, at the United Methodist Church, Marysville, Kan. Burial was in Marysville Cemetery, Marysville.

Mr. Moser died Sunday, May 27, at Salina Regional Medical Center, Penn Campus.

He was born April 3, 1938, in Marysville, the son of Charles and Flossie Moser. Richard had lived in Frankfort, Blue Rapids and Bonner Springs before settling down in Salina 11 years ago. He was employed as a signal maintainer for the Union Pacific Railroad for 35 years, retiring in 2000. He was a member of the American Legion Post No. 163 the Loyal Order of Moose Lodge No. 1403 and the Brotherhood of Railroad Signalmen Local No. 8.

Survivors include his wife, Carla; a son, Lee Moser, Hanover; three daughters, Barbara Miller, Smithville, Mo., Brenda Moser, Edwardsville, and Becky Sloan, Tonganoxie; and 11 grandchildren.
