Integrity Mortgage lends excellent customer servic
Integrity Mortgage, a newly established Basehor business, hopes to exceed levels of expectations when dealing with clients.
"What makes our situation unique is that the goal is to provide excellent customer service," said Patrick Jeannin, Integrity Mortgage president and director of mortgage services.
"My hours are whenever you need me," he added.
Integrity Mortgage, 14500 Parallel Road, Suite G, essentially serves as an agent for people seeking loans: the company does not fund loans but serves as an independent contractor for loan applicants.
"We take (the loan) application and help find a reasonable product to meet your needs," Jeannin said.
The business can help those seeking loans that are either conforming or non-conforming, a loan where the applicant's credit is less than perfect.
"Not all the banks in the area offer that service," Jeannin said.
Jeannin, a Basehor resident with seven years experience in personal finance, is teaming with Re/Max All-American owner Randy Cunningham, and local resident Eric Brandenburg, in the new venture.
Cunnningham will serve as vice-president of the business and Brandenburg as the secretary-treasurer.
The new business is a partnership of sorts with Re/Max, which can refer clients seeking a home to Jeannin.
"It's a way to enhance (Cunningham's) business and for me it's a chance to start something new," Jeannin said. "Randy's interests are as an added service to compliment his real estate business."
Integrity Mortgage clients do not have to be Re/Max clients.
The venture is licensed and bonded through the Kansas State Ban k Commission and has several contractual agreements with area lenders.
Jeannin said the company will target clients in areas such as western Wyandotte County, southern Leavenworth County and northwest Johnson County.
The company completed its first client loan in January and is taking on new clients. Jeannin is available for either office or home visits.
