Lansing Police Reports

¢ A 35-year-old Leavenworth man was arrested at 2:10 a.m. June 5 at the intersection of Stonecrest Drive and 4-H Road in connection with a warrant for failure to appear in court.

¢ An 18-year-old Leavenworth man reported patronizing a prostitute in the 400 block of Brookwood Street. The incident occurred about 8:30 p.m. June 4 and was reported that day. Chief Steve Wayman said the matter was under investigation and that the description of the offense may be changed to solicitation or another charge.

¢ A 42-year-old Leavenworth man was arrested at 12:20 p.m. June 3 at Leavenworth County Jail, 601 S. Third St., Leavenworth, in connection with a warrant for failure to appear in Lansing Municipal Court.

¢ A 30-year-old Lansing woman reported criminal trespassing in the 200 block of Fairlane. The incident occurred before 2:40 a.m. June 2 and was reported June 3.

¢ A 43-year-old Lansing man was arrested at 10:20 p.m. June 2 in the 100 block of North Fourth Street on suspicion of disorderly conduct and criminal damage, both related to domestic violence.

¢ A 27-year-old Kansas City, Mo., woman was arrested at 7:15 a.m. June 2 at the intersection of Main Street and Kansas Avenue in connection with a warrant for failure to appear in court.

¢ A 26-year-old Kansas City, Mo., woman was arrested at 1:06 a.m. June 2 at Econo Lodge, 504 N. Main St., in connection with a warrant for failure to appear in court.

¢ A 57-year-old Leavenworth woman reported theft of a banner from Lansing Historical Society, 115 E. Kansas Ave. The incident occurred between 1 p.m. May 28 and 6 p.m. May 31 and was reported June 2. Loss was estimated at $205.

¢ A 36-year-old Lansing woman reported theft of a desk, military honors flag and an urn, among other items, from the 1100 block of North Main Street. The incident occurred between 7:15 a.m. and 6 p.m. June 1 and was reported that day. Loss was estimated at $76,090. Wayman said the case was being investigated to determine whether it was a criminal or civil case.

¢ A 38-year-old Kansas City, Kan., woman was arrested June 1 at Topeka Correctional Facility in connection with a warrant for failure to pay fines.

¢ A 24-year-old Lansing woman reported theft of fuel and a soda from 7-Eleven, 501 N. Main St. The incident occurred between 7:35 a.m. and 7:50 p.m. May 31 and was reported that day. Loss was estimated at $11.

¢ A 46-year-old Lawrence man reported theft by deception from Citizens National Bank, 601 N. Main St. The incident occurred between 9 a.m. April 11 and 9 a.m. May 26 and was reported May 31. Loss was estimated at $1,648.

¢ A 27-year-old Lawrence man was arrested at 8:41 a.m. May 31 on suspicion of aggravated burglary, possession of methamphetamines, possession of illegal drugs with intent to distribute, possession of stolen property, criminal damage to property, obstruction of the legal process, theft, burglary, speeding, operating without a license and no proof of insurance.

¢ A 34-year-old Leavenworth woman reported theft of a Social Security number to purchase cable service from Time Warner in the 200 block of South Second Street. The incident occurred between Nov. 18, 1992, and May 31, 2005, and was reported May 31. Loss was estimated at $136.

¢ A 20-year-old Leavenworth woman reported disorderly conduct and criminal trespassing in the 400 block of East Eisenhower Road. The incident occurred between 1:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. May 30 and was reported that day.

¢ A 20-year-old Lansing man was arrested at 2:01 a.m. May 30 at the intersection of South Valley Drive and Maple Lane on suspicion of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of illegal drugs with intent to distribute.

¢ A 31-year-old Lansing man reported theft of golf clubs and golf spike sandals in the 200 block of Valley Drive. The incident occurred between May 29 and May 30 and was reported May 30. Loss was estimated at $808.

¢ A 50-year-old Lansing woman reported domestic battery in the 200 block of Highland Road. The incident occurred about 9:25 a.m. May 29 and was reported that day.

¢ A 21-year-old Fort Scott woman was arrested at 2:50 a.m. May 29 at the intersection of Kansas Highway 7 and Sherwood Forest on suspicion of possession of marijuana.

¢ A 25-year-old Kansas City, Kan., man was arrested at 7:39 p.m. May 28 in the 600 block of East Eisenhower Road on suspicion of attempting to elude a law enforcement officer, obstruction of the legal process, aggravated burglary, speeding, no proof of insurance, transporting an open container and driving with a revoked license.

¢ A 40-year-old Leavenworth man was arrested at 1:20 a.m. May 28 in connection with a warrant for failure to appear in court.

¢ A 50-year-old Lansing woman reported theft of a "Support Our Troops" flag in the 300 block of Fawn Valley. The incident occurred between 9 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. May 25 and was reported May 26. Loss was estimated at $50.

¢ A 47-year-old Lansing man reported criminal deprivation of a vehicle license plate in the 400 block of Hithergreen Drive. The incident occurred between 5 p.m. May 14 and 3:52 p.m. May 26 and was reported May 26. Loss was estimated at $202.

¢ A 63-year-old Lansing woman reported burglary and criminal damage to a window screen in the 300 block of Oakhill Drive. The incident occurred between 2 p.m. May 9 and 3 p.m. May 15 and was reported May 26. The damage was estimated at $30.
