Police reports: March 7

A 47-year-old Lansing man reported criminal damage to a Mitsubishi Eclipse and theft of a pack of cigarettes in the 400 block of Santa Fe Drive. The incidents occurred between the 9 p.m. Feb. 26 and 6:55 p.m. March 6 and was reported March 6 to Lansing Police. The loss was estimated at $8,000.

A 23-year-old Lansing man reported battery and criminal damage to a truck at the intersection of Main and Kansas streets. The incidents occurred at 5:14 p.m. March 4 and were reported that day to Lansing Police.

A 29-year-old Lansing woman reported lewd and lascivious behavior in the 100 block of North Main Street. The incident occurred at 2:07 p.m. March 4 and was reported to Lansing Police that day.

A 43-year-old Leavenworth man reported criminal damage to a real estate sign in the 500 block of South First Street. The incident occurred between 2 p.m. March 3 and 7:45 a.m. March 4 and was reported March 4 to Lansing Police. The damage was estimated at $50.

A 23-year-old St. Louis man was arrested March 3 in the 600 block of South Third Street, Leavenworth, in connection with a warrant for failure to appear in court, Lansing Police said.

A 44-year-old Lansing man reported a criminal threat and telephone harassment in the 200 block of Highland Road. The incidents occurred between 6:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. March 3 and were reported that day to Lansing Police.

A 20-year-old Lansing man reported criminal damage to a pickup truck toolbox at an unknown location. The incident occurred before 9:10 p.m. on March 2 and was reported that day to Lansing Police. The damage was estimated at $200.

A 44-year-old Lansing man reported burglary and theft of leather chaps, a leather vest and a fur coat from the 200 block of Highland Road. The incidents occurred at 4:50 p.m. March 2 and were reported that day to Lansing Police. The loss was estimated at $1,800.

A 21-year-old Lansing man was arrested at 2:42 a.m. March 2 at Leavenworth County Jail in connection with a warrant for failure to pay fine, Lansing Police said.

A 51-year-old Leavenworth man reported criminal trespassing at Main Street Auto, 212 N. Main St. The incident occurred between 5 p.m. March 1 and 8 a.m. March 2 and was reported March 2 to Lansing Police.

A 32-year-old Fort Scott man was arrested at 3:45 p.m. March 1 at Lansing Police Department, 800 First Terrace, in connection with a warrant for failure to appear in court, Lansing Police said.

An 18-year-old Leavenworth man reported aggravated assault and battery at the intersection of Second and Emile streets. The incident occurred at 9:50 p.m. Feb. 28 and was reported that day to Lansing Police.

Anderson Rentals of Lawrence reported arson at a portable outhouse near the Lansing ball fields. The incident occurred at 6:23 p.m. Feb. 28 and was reported that day to Lansing Police.

A 62-year-old Leavenworth man was arrested at 11:26 p.m. Feb. 25 at the intersection of Main and Gilman streets on suspicion of transporting an open container, Lansing Police said.

A 48-year-old Lansing woman reported phone harassment in the 800 block of North Main Street. The incident occurred at 5:20 p.m. Feb. 25 and was reported that day to Lansing Police.

A 20-year-old Leavenworth woman was arrested at 5:15 p.m. Feb. 25 at Leavenworth County Jail in connection with a warrant for failure to appear in court, Lansing Police said.

A 28-year-old Leavenworth man was arrested at 4:49 p.m. Feb. 25 at the intersection of Main Street and 4-H Road in connection with a warrant for failure to appear in court, Lansing Police said.

A 76-year-old Lansing man reported identity theft in the 2600 block of Fourth Avenue. The incident occurred before 1:39 p.m. Feb. 25 and was reported that day to Lansing Police. The loss was estimated at $27,615.

A 33-year-old Lansing woman reported unlawful discharge of a firearm in the 500 block of Hillcrest Street. The incident occurred at 9 p.m. Feb. 23 and was reported that day to Lansing Police.
