Lansing Police Reports

¢ A 28-year-old Leavenworth man was arrested at 3:14 a.m. May 23 at Leavenworth County Jail, 601 S. Third St., Leavenworth, in connection with a warrant for failure to appear in court.

¢ A 42-year-old Lansing man was arrested May 23 in the 800 block of North Main Street on suspicion of domestic battery.

¢ A 38-year-old Lansing woman was arrested May 23 in the 800 block of North Main Street on suspicion of domestic battery.

¢ A 72-year-old Lansing man reported theft of a change purse and two credit cards from Seven-11, 501 N. Main St. The incident occurred between 7:30 p.m. and 8:07 p.m. May. Loss was estimated at $52.

¢ A 61-year-old Lansing man reported criminal damage in the form of deflated tires in the 400 block of Holiday Drive. The incident occurred between 1 p.m. May 20 and 7 a.m. May 21 and was reported May 21. Damage was estimated at $0.25.

¢ A 51-year-old Lansing woman reported criminal damage to a hotel room and its contents at Ashlee Condotels, 801 W. Eisenhower Rd. The incident occurred between 8 a.m. March 30 and 3 p.m. May 3 and was reported May 19. Damage was estimated at $3,000.

¢ A 23-year-old Lansing woman reported a violation of a protection from abuse order in the 200 block of Fairlane. The incident occurred about 1:49 p.m. May 19 and was reported that day.

¢ A 24-year-old Leavenworth man was arrested at 12:14 p.m. May 19 at Leavenworth County Jail, 601 S. Third St., Leavenworth, in connection with a warrant for failure to appear in Lansing Municipal Court.

¢ A Leavenworth man reported possession of a stolen 1992 Chrysler Fifth Avenue New Yorker at Robert's Liquor Store, 619 N. Main. The incident occurred between 7 p.m. May 17 and 8:18 p.m. May 18 and was reported May 18. Loss was estimated at $1,500.

¢ A 58-year-old Lansing man reported theft of a bottle of vodka from Gleason Liquor, 828 N. Main St. The incident occurred about 7:15 p.m. May 18 and was reported that day. Loss was estimated at $35.

¢ A 23-year-old Lansing man reported disorderly conduct and criminal damage to a 1984 Monte Carlo fender and a 1971 Chevy truck in the 1400 block of West Eisenhower. The incident occurred between 6:30 p.m. and 7:05 p.m. May 18 and was reported that day. Damage was estimated at $475.

¢ A 23-year-old Lansing woman reported a violation of a protection from abuse order in the 200 block of Fairlane. The incident occurred between 3:02 p.m. and 3:16 p.m. May 18 and was reported that day.

¢ A 23-year-old Lansing woman was arrested at 2:26 p.m. May 18 in the 200 block of Fairlane in connection with a warrant for harassment by phone.

¢ An 89-year-old Lansing man reported criminal damage to a mail box in the 800 block of 4-H Road. The incident occurred between 9 p.m. May 17 and 9 a.m. May 18 and was reported May 18. Damage was estimated at $50.

¢ A 24-year-old Lansing man was arrested at 1:08 a.m. May 18 in the 100 block of Gaslight Street on suspicion of domestic violence.

¢ A 44-year-old Leavenworth man was arrested at the Lansing Police Department, 800 First Terrace, in connection with a warrant for failure to appear in court.

¢ A 40-year-old Leavenworth woman reported burglary and theft of a spiral juniper upright and a chimenea from Leavenworth-Lansing Nursery, 100 W. Gilman Road. The incident occurred between 3 a.m. and 3:25 a.m. May 17 and was reported that day. Loss was estimated at $240.

¢ A 42-year-old Lansing woman reported burglary and theft of a lock and a cellular phone from Lansing High School, 220 Lion Lane. The incident occurred between 2:45 p.m. and 6:40 p.m. May 16 and was reported that day. Loss was estimated at $210.

¢ A 40-year-old Leavenworth woman reported criminal trespassing and theft of potting soil, roses and geraniums from Leavenworth-Lansing Nursery, 100 W. Gilman Road. The incident occurred between 1:15 a.m. and 2:15 a.m. May 16 and was reported that day. Loss was estimated at $1,063. About $98 worth of goods was recovered.

¢ A 24-year-old Leavenworth man was arrested at 1:43 a.m. May 15 at the intersection of Main and West Kay streets on suspicion of possession of marijuana.

¢ A 38-year-old Kansas City, Kan., man was arrested at 7:27 p.m. May 13 at the intersection of South Main Street and Gilman Road on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, transporting an open container and possession of marijuana.
