Genealogy course scheduled
A Lansing Historical Museum activity will teach students in fourth through sixth grades to become family history detectives.
Museum supervisor Laura Phillippi will teach students basic genealogy, including how to interview relatives and collect information for their family histories.
The course will run from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. April 21 and 22.
Participants will receive a family history workbook to record information.
