Lansing Police reports

¢ A 28-year-old Lansing woman reported theft of cash from the 100 block of East Kay Street. The incident occurred between 4:30 p.m. and 8 p.m. April 4 and was reported April 6. Loss was estimated at $220.

¢ A 51-year-old Lansing man reported theft of a coin collection from the 700 block of East Connie Street. The incident occurred between 3 p.m. April 1 and 5:50 p.m. April 5 and was reported April 5. Loss was estimated at $400.

¢ A 26-year-old Ozawkie man was arrested at 12:23 a.m. April 4 in the 600 block of South Main Street on suspicion of possession of depressants, stimulants, hallucinogens or steroids and possession of controlled substances or drug paraphernalia.

¢ A 51-year-old man reported theft of two chainsaws from Leavenworth Country Club, 455 W. Eisenhower Road. The incident occurred between 8 a.m. April 1 and 5 p.m. April 3 and was reported April 3. Loss was estimated at $559.

¢ A 55-year-old Lansing man was taken by ambulance to the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Leavenworth about 1:14 p.m. April 2. The man was turning north onto Main Street from West Eisenhower Road when his car was struck by that of a 16-year-old Lansing man driving north on Main Street.

¢ A 22-year-old Leavenworth woman was arrested at 2 a.m. April 2 at Leavenworth County Jail, 601 S. Third St., Leavenworth, in connection with a warrant for failure to appear in court.

¢ A 24-year-old Kansas City, Kan., man was arrested at 9:55 p.m. April 1 in the 400 block of North Main Street on suspicion of possession of marijuana.

¢ A 25-year-old Lansing woman reported theft of a cell phone in the 700 block of North Main Street. The incident occurred about 5:10 p.m. April 1 and was reported that day. Loss was estimated at $300.

¢ A 52-year-old Lansing man was arrested at 9:44 a.m. April 1 in the 100 block of Meadow Lane on suspicion of aggravated battery.

¢ A 44-year-old Leavenworth man was arrested at 8:50 a.m. March 29 at Leavenworth County Jail, 601 S. Third St., Leavenworth, in connection with a warrant for failure to appear in court.

¢ 9:52 p.m. Tuesday, 400 block of North Main Street, firefighters responded to the smell of smoke. A small fire was found in the landscape material caused by a discarded cigarette.

¢ 8:56 a.m. Tuesday, 25700 block of Tonganoxie Road, firefighters responded with EMS for a motorcycle accident
