Nathan Leon Tevebaugh
Services for Nathan Leon Tevebaugh, 48, Leavenworth, will be at 10 a.m. Friday, April 21, at First Baptist Church, 340 N. Osage St., Leavenworth. The Rev. Randall Terrill will officiate.
Mr. Tevebaugh died unexpectedly April 17, 2006, at his home.
He was born Nov. 29, 1957, in Leavenworth, the son of Joseph H. and Naomi I. (Deatherage) Tevebaugh.
Mr. Tevebaugh was food and beverage coordinator at Golden Eagle Casino in Horton. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather, and he will be missed and remembered by his family and friends.
He married Kenwyne C. Butler on Dec. 19, 1975, in Leavenworth. She survives of the home.
Other survivors include his mother, Naomi Tevebaugh, Leavenworth; son Nathan L. Tevebaugh II, Lansing; two daughters, Melissa I. Parks, Lansing, and Mandy L. Tevebaugh, Leavenworth; six brothers, Ernie, Dale, Troy and Mike, all of Leavenworth, Donald, Baldwin City, and Larry, Mustang, Okla.; two sisters, Gertie Landanger, Carroll, Neb., and Mary A. Ballew, Leavenworth; and three grandchildren, Christian, Seth and Madison Paige.
Friends may call from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, April 20, at Barnett-Larkin-Brown Funeral Home, 707 S. Sixth St., Leavenworth. Memorials to the family may be made in care of the funeral home.
