Carousel museum to close for month

The C.W. Parker Carousel Museum is taking some time off.

The museum, 320 S. Esplanade St. in Leavenworth, will be closed Sunday, Dec. 31, in observance of the New Year's holiday. Then, it will remain closed to the public for the month of January, except for scheduled parties and tours.
