Kaw Valley Football Report: Week Four

September 25, 2006

The four-way logjam atop the Kaw Valley League football standings was whittled to two Friday night.

Tonganoxie's 28-7 victory over Mill Valley and Perry-Lecompton's 22-14 win against Santa Fe Trail created some separation atop the league standings. Now the Chieftains and Kaws are the KVL's lone unbeatens.

On the other side of the standings, two teams - Lansing and Immaculata - both picked up their first league wins of the season. Basehor-Linwood also picked up its first win of the year in a non-league contest against Clinton.
