Agenda Item No. 1: (Rescheduled from July 26 and Aug. 9 due to lack of information) Consideration of an amendment to the 2006 Zoning and Subdivision Regulations adding to Section 2 of Article 15 "I-2" Light Industrial Regulations, Public Utilities.

Agenda Item No. 1: Consideration on an application (SUP 07-026) for a Special Use Permit for the operation of a Fabrication Shop on a tract of land located in Section 33, Township 11S, range 22E approximately 815 feet East of 174th on the North side of Stillwell Road in Leavenworth County.
