Road work to affect Lansing Heights residents

May 17, 2007

The city of Lansing says, weather permitting, street maintenance work will begin on Friday, May 18, in the Lansing Heights development south of West Mary Street.

Residents living in the southwest portion of Lansing Heights will need to access their homes by using the emergency access road by the Stonecrest area. No construction traffic will be allowed to use the south access. Only residents that don't have access to West Mary Street will use the temporary route during the road maintenance work, which should be completed in two days.

For more information, contact Ken Miller, the city's Main Street project liaison, at 208-6650 or miller@lansing.ks.us.
