Sophomore two-milers Brandon Craig and Lauren Jaqua were the Lansing High track team's peak performers on Friday at the Blazer Invitational at Gardner-Edgerton High School.

Craig set a personal best in the 3,200-meter run by 10 seconds when he raced to a third-place finish in 10 minutes, 29.60 seconds. He also finished third in the 1,600 in 4:52.

Meanwhile, Jaqua knocked 12 seconds off of her previous best in the 3,200 when she finished third in 12:12.
