Letter of thanks

To the editor:

Thanks to all those who came, sent flowers and contributed to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Fund as memorials to Carolyn Carson. We were touched by the outpouring of love from coworkers and friends, past and present. A special thank-you to Roy and Gloria Mills for their enduring support shown through their many gifts and acts of love.

We know that many were shocked at the sudden passing of someone who was so special to us. We will take the kind remembrances expressed by so many as a testament of her incredible love for all who knew her. Her loving memory will give us comfort as we carry on our lives into the future.
