• Consider approval of Authorization No. 3 for professional engineering services (resident observer) to Burns & McDonnell Engineering Company, Inc.

• Consider approval of the revolving loan (KWPCRF) Agreement with KDHE for Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion.

• Adopt resolution and set public hearing date for the proposed annexation of Cedar Lake Estates subdivision (repeat hearing to correct errors in notification and other statutory requirements).

• Consider ordinance adopting by reference proposed Zoning Regulations

• Payment to Leavenworth County for work on 158th Street, adding turn lanes in 2004. (pending response from KDOT and Leavenworth County)

• Approval of an agreement with KDOT for receipt of corridor management funds. (pending response from KDOT — received Sept. 2, 2008)

• Consider ordinance to revise guidance on use of right-of-way to include designated easements.

• Reconsideration of lot split of Lot C-5, Pinehurst North, as requested by Gary Holst.

• Consider approval of bids for street maintenance projects for 2008.
