High school evacuated after bomb threat
Basehor-Linwood High School was evacuated Friday morning after discovery of a bomb threat in a boys restroom.
Assistant Superintendent David Howard said the threat had been scribbled on the wall of the bathroom.
All students were sent from the high school to a local church, Howard said, and authorities sent in patrol canines and swept the building.
Howard said the situation was under control and that students should be back inside the building by mid-afternoon.
