New Cap Fed executive director position filled

The Capitol Federal Foundation, the independent charitable foundation of Capitol Federal Savings, has a new executive director.

John C. Dicus, chairman of the foundation, announced the appointment of Tammy Dishman as executive director this week.

Dishman is a 1982 graduate of Kansas State University, Manhattan, where she received a bachelor of science degree in social science. She has held several related positions prior to this one, including specialty sales representative in the pharmaceutical industry, director of community development for the Topeka Community Foundation and deputy assistant secretary of state in the Kansas Secretary of State Office.
