District fares well in effectiveness, efficiency survey
The Basehor-Linwood School District had positive results from its recent effectiveness and efficiency surveys.
Students, staff, faculty and parents participated in the surveys and gave the district favorable reviews in the way of maintenance, safety and teacher-principal collaboration, among others.
Some suggested areas for improvement included repairing roofs on some of the schools and making sure a central officer – like the superintendent or a school board member – visited each school on a monthly basis.
