Qualifying under way for 33rd annual WyCo Open
Qualifying is now under way for the 33rd annual Wyandotte County Open golf tournament, which will take place Aug. 8-9 at Sunflower Hills Golf Course.
The longest running tournament of its kind in the greater Kansas City area, it also is one of the largest with six men’s flights and two ladies flights. Entry is limited to the first 210 applicants. Tee times will be assigned and available on Aug. 6.

In addition to tournament play, Kansas City’s longest putt contest will be Saturday on the practice green adjacent to the clubhouse. Long drive contests and closest-to-the-hole prizes will be awarded.
