Trick-or-treaters welcome at City Hall

Costume-clad children are welcome to visit Basehor City Hall Friday.

From 9 a.m. to noon, city staff members will pass out candy to trick-or-treaters in celebration of Halloween. Children can also meet staff members and police officers.

The starting point for trick-or-treating is on the north side of City Hall at the police department entrance.
