Booster club to serve food during Homecoming parade

September 24, 2009

The Basehor-Linwood High School Booster Club will play host to a "Brown Bag Dinner" for all parade-goers and football fans during this weekend’s Homecoming festivities.

Local patrons will have the opportunity to grab a bag while watching the 5:30 p.m. parade Friday or while enjoying the football game later that evening.

The bag will be a picnic dinner and will include a sandwich, chips and a drink. Costs are $6 for a pulled pork or brisket sandwich, $5 for a cheeseburger, and $4 for a hot dog.

During the parade, the BLHS Booster Club table will be on the east side of the high school gymnasium.

Starting at 5:30 p.m. and continuing during the 7 p.m. football game against Turner High School, a table will be outside the football concession stand.
