Lansing tops Basehor in soccer regional finals

Basehor-Linwood's bid for a first-ever trip to the Class 5-1A girls soccer state playoffs ended with a 3-0 loss Thursday in the regional finals at Lansing.
The game was the first appearance in a championship game of any kind for the BLHS program.
The Bobcats ended the season with a 7-9-2 record.
