‘Night at the Museum’ to offer living history exhibits
Exhibits will come to life at the Basehor Historical Museum, 2812 N. 155th St., this weekend for the museum's second annual “Night at the Museum.”
The event will run from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday at the museum. Visitors can enter historical scenes populated by actors, such as a one-room schoolhouse with a grumpy teacher and a foggy cemetery.
The admission cost for adults is $5, or $2 for Basehor-Linwood School District students and staff with a student ID or a print-out of the district's electonic newsletter. Proceeds will benefit the Historical Museum Society's educational programs.
