Former BLHS teacher to appear on ‘Who Wants to Be a Millionaire’

A former Basehor-Linwood High School teacher and coach will appear on the game show “Who Wants to be a Millionaire” next week.

Jaclyn Naster, 31, is a former English teacher and soccer coach at BLHS. She will appear on “Millionaire” on Tuesday with “Project Runway” star Tim Gunn, who will be the show's guest host next week, substituting for regular host Meredith Vieira.

The episode will air locally at 4 p.m. on Tuesday, April 19, on KSHB, channel 41, in Kansas City.

Naster taught at BLHS for seven years, and she is now a doctoral candidate at the University of California-Riverside, where she is pursuing a Ph.D. in educational psychology. She is originally from Overland Park.
