Basehor VFW Post announces new officers

The Basehor VFW Post 11499 has announced its newly elected officers for 2011-12.
Bruce D. Adams will be the new post commander. Fred Box, the previous commander, has been elected to serve as a district commander for the state VFW organization, overseeing posts in the northeast corner of Kansas.
Phil Jenkins will be the new senior vice commander, and Steve McCown will be the new junior vice commander. Dan L. Stueckemann will remain as the post quartermaster.
