More stores coming to KCK outlet shopping district

Additional stores will be making a home at The Legends at Village West this summer, boosting the number of tenants to 30 stores.
The shopping district in Kansas City, Kan., announced last week that Chico’s and Soma Intimates Outlets would join a major anchor store, which will be announced at a later date this year, at The Legends. The women’s specialty retailer is expected to open for business in June.
In upcoming months, The Legends plans to officially announce a large number of premium brands opening their only area locations shopping district.
A few stores are currently transitioning into the outlet concept. American Eagle recently completed its conversion and Books-A-Million is currently under construction and will re-open this summer in a new location within the outlet mall.
