CMS 7th-grade volleyball loses early-season matches

The Clark Middle School seventh-grade A volleyball team earned a fourth-place finish Saturday, Sept. 10, at the Eudora Middle School Tournament. The squad finished second in pool play and went on to face Baldwin in the third-place match.
Prior to the tournament, CMS (1-6) dropped a pair of matches Thursday, Sept. 8, to Patton Middle School and Lexington Trails despite receiving consistent serving from Paige Krone, Alyssa Carpenter and Alexandria Eickhoff.
