The Leavenworth County Commission meets regularly at 9 a.m. on Monday and Thursday each week in the Leavenworth County Courthouse, 300 Walnut St.

Agenda for the week of Sept. 26:

Monday, Sept. 26

9 a.m.: Public comment/administrative business

  • Approval of minutes of Sept. 22 meeting
  • WIC contract — Jamie Miller, health department director

9:15 a.m.: Telephony proposal — Larry Malbrough, information services director

  • Brush chipping for city of Leavenworth storm debris — Mark Wilson, solid waste director
  • Commissioners will review their bills for the month of September.

Tuesday, Sept. 27

Noon: Mid-America Regional Council board meeting

3 p.m.: Leavenworth County Development Corporation infrastructure meeting

Wednesday, Sept. 28

11:30 a.m.: Port Authority meeting

Thursday, Sept. 29

9 a.m.: Public comment/administrative business

  • Commercial data contract — Bob Weber, county appraiser
