BLMS runners thrive at Wellsville Invitational

The Basehor-Linwood Middle School cross country team turned in a strong showing Sept. 15 at the Wellsville Invitational.
Numerous runners turned in personal best times, and 11 of the 49 Bulldog runners earned medals.
Eighth-grade girls medalists were Allie Johnson (seventh), Madeline Falley (11th) and Rachel Tindell (14th). Eighth-grade boys medalists were Aden Shorney (10th) and Jacob Schneider (14th). Seventh-grade girls medalists were Aubrey Torkelson (third) and Claire Walsh (13th). Seventh-grade boys medalists were Jonathan Harms (first), Cody Phippen (fourth), Zain Drew (12th) and Jacob Lutgen (13th).
