Stevie Williams fires a pull-up jumper behind the screen of teammate Wole Imokhome during the second half Monday at Mill Valley. The Braves lost to the Jaguars in overtime, 65-58, but bounced back Tuesday with a 60-49 victory against Bishop Ward at Kansas City Kansas Community College. Williams scored 11 points during the fourth quarter of the game against Bishop Ward.

The girls improved to 12-0 this weekend with a victory in the Top Gun Tournament. The Piper girls are 7-5 and 4-2 in the KVL.

The Braves boys basketball team are 9-3 (4-2 in the KVL) after their 63-52 win against Chrisman Friday. The Piper boys are 2-10 and 0-6 in league play.
