BLHS grad completes Air Force basic training

A Basehor-Linwood High School graduate has completed Air Force basic training.

Airman 1st Class Shelby L. Pierce, a 2011 BLHS graduate, graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio. She completed an intensive eight-week program.Pierce is the daughter of Robert Pierce of Basehor.
