May BLHS grad receives scholarship from U.S. Bank

A 2012 Basehor-Linwood High School graduate has been selected as one of 40 college students from around the country to receive a $1,000 scholarship from U.S. Bank, the bank announced this month.

Marcas Box, a May BLHS graduate, was chosen from more than 150,000 students nationwide. He plans to attend Kansas University in the fall and study electrical engineering.
