Basehor, Bonner students earn honors from K-State

Kansas State University this week announced more than 3,200 students who earned academic honors for the spring 2012 semester, and a number of students from Basehor and Bonner Springs were on the list.

To qualify for the honors, students had to earn a grade-point average of at least 3.75 while completing at least 12 hours of course work.

Students from Basehor to receive the honors were Brittne Brannan, Kelsey Girvin, Allison Hatfield, Brent Higgins, Anna Mark, Kimberly Peterson, Michael Rich, Spencer Scherer and Jenny Swabb.

Students from Bonner Springs were Kristen Beeves, Anne Chipman, Morgan Lietzen, Jaci Livers and Benjamin Zuk.
