TOPS offers support for those looking to lose weight

For those looking to lose weight, Take Off Pounds Sensibly (TOPS) offers a local support group in Basehor.

TOPS is a national not-for-profit that offers residents guidance while losing weight and getting healthy with weekly educational meetings, eating plans, online resources and group support.

Annual cost for the group is $28. The Basehor group meets 6:30 p.m. Thursdays at First Baptist Church, 1410 N. 155th St.
