“Dirty Girl” mud run set at Ag Hall
Dirty Girl Mud Run, a women-only national mud run series, is coming to the Kansas City area from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, June 22, at the National Agricultural Center & Hall of Fame, 630 Hall of Fame Drive.
Dirty Girl Mud Run attracts thousands of women in each city it stops in, and more than 350,000 women are expected to participate in events across the country in 2013. The obstacle course welcomes women of all athletic abilities ages 14 and up.
The first wave of runners will take off at 8 a.m., and the last wave at 4 p.m. Entry fee is $65-$100, depending on date of registration. The events raise funds for breast cancer charities, and cancer survivors can participate for free. To learn more, visit godirtygirl.com.
