2 area students on FHSU deans list
Fort Hays State University deans announced two area students among the 1,111 undergraduate students on the fall 2013 Deans Honor Roll.
Included on the honor roll were Megan J. Rehm, Basehor-Linwood High School graduate, a senior majoring in biology (pre-physical therapy); and Breanna C. Tendick, Bonner Springs High School graduate, a sophomore majoring in nursing.
To be eligible, students must have enrolled in 12 or more credit hours and have a minimum grade point average of 3.6 for the semester.
Additionally, the university announced that Rehm was one of 47 FHSU students accepted in the 2014 “Who’s Who among Students in American Universities and Colleges.” Student nominations come directly from the schools and are based on student GPA, participation and leadership in school and extracurricular activities, community involvement, and future leadership ability and potential.
