Shocked by council behavior

I attended the Sept. 19 Basehor City Council meeting, and I was shocked and confused when the chief of police and the mayor did nothing when David Breuer, council member, got up, threw papers against the wall, cursed and stormed out of the building.

I understand there is a new policy in place this year for the school district. If you live within 2.5 miles from the school you attend, there is an extra $100 fee just to ride the bus.
