Florene Hunt 1923 - 2008 Neosho, Mo.

Services for Florene Hunt, 84, Neosho, Mo., were Saturday, Aug. 2, at Christeson Funeral Home, Harrison, Ark., with burial following at Grubb Springs Cemetery.
Mrs. Hunt died Tuesday, July 29, 2008, at St. John's Regional Medical Center. She was born Sept. 18, 1923, in Harrison, Ark., the daughter of Garrett and Ethel (Abels) Crain.
She married Russell K. Hunt on Dec. 31, 1943 in Biloxi, Miss. They moved to Neosho in 1989 from Eldon, Mo. She was a minister's wife for more than 64 years.
Survivors include her husband, Russell, of the home; her children, Kyle E. Hunt, Broken Arrow, Okla., Clodis P. Hunt, Bonner Springs, Gary D. Hunt, Edwardsville, Glenda K. Eppard, Neosho, Mo., and Janice L. Witten, Jacksonville, Fla.; eight grandchildren; 10 great- grandchildren; and a great- granddaughter due in November.
A grandson died earlier.
