Services for Jack A. Thomas, 65, of Kansas City, Kan., will be at 1 p.m. Friday, Sept. 5, at Chapel Hill-Butler Funeral Home, 701 N. 94th St., Kansas City, Kan. Burial will be in Stony Point Cemetery.
Mr. Thomas died Monday, Sept. 1, 2008, at Providence Medical Center, Kansas City, Kan.
Survivors include his mother, Ethel M. Patterson, Kansas City, Kan.; a brother, William Thomas, Kansas City, Kan.; two sisters, Ruth Ann Farmer, Calimesa, Calif., and Kathleen Bowman, Littleton, Colo.; four daughters, Shelly Smith and Amber Morris, both of Olathe, Crystal Thomas, Kansas City, Kan., and Tammy Crowder, St. Joseph, Mo.; and three grandchildren.
Friends may call from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
