Do you think the Council made the right decision in 2006 to take on the $15.5 million Monticello Road-South project, which now must be delayed?

Peter Ehrlich ( in Shawnee) says...
“While it is unfortunate that a delay is necessary I believe the Council made an informed decision in 2006. The eventual impact on some will benefit many.”
Tom Martin ( in Shawnee) says...
“I really don't know. It's easy in 20-20 hind-sight to be critical of the council. I trust that they made an informed decision at the time and the economy has hurt the success of the project.”
Kent Zimmerman ( in Shawnee) says...
“I believe the housing developments and new elementary school between K-7 and Monticello Road require a better access route than the current narrow, winding street. It seems to me that widening is inevitable — if not now, then in the near future.”
