Do you agree with moving Shawnee City Council elections to odd years in 2013 in order to save money on election costs, causing those elected in 2010 and 2012 to have three- or five-year terms?

“The long-term cost savings are enough to justify a one-time adjustment but there will be direct costs associated with notifying voters of the change.”
