Basehor-Linwood High School student-athletes and alumni run sprints in the BLHS parking lot on Thursday during the school’s summer strength and conditioning program. About 240 student-athletes have been participating in the program this summer, with a single-day high of 310 earlier this summer. The program is an important part of the development of all of the sports teams at BLHS.
