Retired Navy Lt. Cmdr. Dan Stueckemann of Basehor says he doesn’t dwell too much on the fact that he happened to be working from home on Sept. 11, 2001, when a terrorist attack struck the Pentagon, where he was stationed at the time. Just a few days before, he had visited the Navy Command Center, where 29 of 30 people working died on 9/11.
