Kansas University Chancellor Bernadette Gray-Little addresses a crowd of about 200 people, mostly Army officers, during a Black History Month luncheon at Fort Leavenworth's Frontier Conference Center on Thursday. Gray-Little spoke about the military's history of advancements on civil rights.
