Volunteer firefighters at the Bonner Springs Fire Department have gathered to support fellow firefighter Brendon Kasselman (fourth from left), who was recently diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic melanoma. A fundraising event is planned for 11 a.m. Jan. 22 at Twisters.
