Kansas Senator Tom Holland holds up Jackson, clad in similar Harley Davidson leather, as his choice for costume contest winner at Go Dog Go. Holland served as a celebrity guest judge for the contest. Jackson's owner is Penny Kolojaco (right), who works in Basehor.
